Hello lovely people of Cairo! It’s your October edition of Fab Finds and what a perfect coincidence, the world’s celebrating Halloween!! Are you still planning your freaky outfit for the party on weekend? In our opinion, the accessories and make up may add more and literally emphasize on and exaggerate the whole look more than the outfit or costume themselves. So, we’ve scanned some of the shops looking for some nice and affordable Halloween accessories and make up.
Claire’s: Although most of the accessories at the shop are aimed at young teenagers (12-15); extra-colored or studded earrings, necklaces, rings or hair accessories in some kind of childish or teenage-punk shapes, stuff like that can be used for occasions like Halloween for adding the edge to the outfit. For example; spider web earrings, black tattoo chokers, studded leggings, printed tights, feather boas in hot pink, red or black, cat ears headbands and lots and lots of tutus and a lot more, which is a great thing if you’re looking for products of high quality and affordable prices to add to your costumes.
Accessorize: A lot more sophisticated than Claire’s; targeting adults as well as the young, they also have a range of gloves which can come in lace and satin that can be used in costumes, they also have some cool fascinators, hats and hair clips that are adorned with feathers and tulle which no one here would normally wear unless they’re disguised so they could be great for Halloween as well.
For the makeup;
Faces: Make Up For Ever, this brand has a vast range of False Eyelashes in different shapes and colors; Artistic Eyelashes range; feathers, sparkling, you name it. Also a great range of eye shadows in all colors and textures as well as colored mascara; Smoky Lash (in black, brown, blue, purple and green) for the most exquisite final touch.
Ready for Halloween now?
We hope we’ve helped you with those fab finds for this month, share your opinion with us in the comments section or on our email firstname.lastname@example.org. See you next month!
